Operations Coordinator


The Operations Coordinator is responsible for creating smooth and efficient daily operations including the company’s process, systems, vendors, and building maintenance. The main purpose and goal of the Operations Coordinator is to ensure the staff has an optimal working environment and they are receiving superior support from our service vendors. The Ops Coordinator manages our IT provider although it is not his/her responsibility to provide technical support and trouble shooting for employees.

The responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage relationship with key facilities, services, software and IT partners.
  • Own company-wide administrative responsibilities
  • Work with the COO to continually look for operational efficiencies and ways for the company to “work smarter.”
  • Recruit and manage the Blitz internship program
  • Manages projects and is interested in furthering a career track focused on project management and management in general.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses leadership skills and enjoys collaboration. Success in this role is high dependent on motivating others, innovating and continually seeking ways to improve processes.
